Jamie is passionate about the transfer of knowledge and truly believes in the integrative health concepts taught in the Integrative Health Initiative at ASU. She has a bachelor’s in biology and masters of interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on integrative health from ASU. Jamie currently teaches both undergraduate and graduate stress management classes at ASU as well as presents lecture series, workshops and presentations on the benefits of mindfulness both physically and psychologically.
