Kathie McKenna Kelly found her advocacy sea legs fighting for the educational rights of disabled children. She later moved on to issues affecting women and their families. She has served as State President for Business & Professional Women/AZ (BPW/AZ) and as their Legislative Representative in DC. She has served on the Business & Professional Women/USA (BPW/USA) Legislative Committee and as Chair of their ERA Task Force. She is the Arizona Coordinator for the ERA Campaign Network and for United 4 Equality and is a member of Veteran Feminists of America.
